The program is designed to meet the perspectives and needs of different program participants: administrators, teachers, parents, business and community leaders. The training, recognizing diverse points of view, works to build a strong and united team to enable children to achieve.

• Build a stronger knowledge base about today's school/community issues
• Practice specific adult-to-adult MegaSkills building activities for more effective communication and stronger relationships
• Learn about new legislation, goals, and regulations including and providing practice in planning for compacts, school improvement, annual plans, and annual meetings
• Build greater sense of ability to use and connect community resources to aid schooling, families and children
• Gain problem solving experience in school-community issues relating to mandates that need to be addressed, including providing ongoing staff and parent development opportunities
