Everyone agrees: adults today to be successful have
to be renewed, renewing themselves, if not every day,
at least on lots of days.
What we know from the MegaSkills experience with adults is that there is extraordinary learning achieved in ordinary ways on ordinary days. This is what MegaSkills offers.
The Never-Ending Report Card: The original MegaSkills were identified from school report cards and job evaluation forms. They are accepted as basic signs of successful performance.
Keeping On: MegaSkills are skills and attitudes that adults need and can have to keep on growing, to keep on learning, to keep on building abilities.
Most of us live long enough these days and are smart enough to have a chance to learn MegaSkills again and again, even if we did not learn them so well as children.
As adults today, we have the strengths and added years to keep growing as learners. We have today a second chance, even third and fourth chances. The possibilities are everywhere. This program is designed to help to offer these extra opportunities.

To enhance adult capacities to teach and reach children more effectively.
To build leadership abilities to team schools, families and communities in support of children’s education.
Leadership development prepares individuals, groups and organizations to meet needs and resolve issues at all levels in our society.
The goal is to build competencies vital for individual and group success…to help achieve a wise and purposeful society working for the public good…at school, at home, on the job, in the community.
The uniqueness of this leadership development program is that it uses the powerful learning tool of MegaSkills to build leadership capacities.
